Visit nsgc.themeetingevent.com and follow these simple instructions:

• Click on "Click Here to Register" button.
• Fill in the requested information and click "Submit."
• A page will appear confirming your registration. You will not be asked to register again in the future.
• Click "Log Into Your Account" to be taken to the login page. Please enter the same password you used during the registration process and click "Log In."
• Once logged into the Travel Center, click on "Group Travel" located in the list of blue boxed that starts with "Book Travel, Trip Templates, etc."
• Next, please choose the NSGC meeting in November and carefully follow the remaining prompts.

Agents are available to help book your reservations from 7am to 7pm M-F. After hours Emergency assistance is available for an additional fee should you need travel assistance after normal business hours.

When stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays, or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally.

Information About the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
The conference this year is being hosted by one of the largest and most unique hotels in the southern US. The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is situated in northeast Nashville, a short 15-minute ride from the Nashville International Airport. Due to high demand, the NSGC room block, as well as all other rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, is currently soldout on some nights during the Annual Education Conference.

Additional Housing at the Radisson Hotel Opryland
Rooms are available at the Radisson Hotel Opryland, which is located just across the street from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and is also owned by Gaylord. They provide regular, complimentary shuttle service between the Radisson and the Gaylord Opryland Resort and are offering a special rate of $129 (plus tax) per night for single occupancy rooms for NSGC conference attendees (each additional person in a room is $10). This rate will be available until October 31 or until the block sells out, whichever comes first. Because they are part of the Gaylord Family of hotels you may reserve a room at the Radisson by calling the same toll-free reservations phone number as the Gaylord Opryland Resort: 866.972.6779 (reservations cannot be made online). Getting to the the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
The hotel offers an air-conditioned airport shuttle to take you to and from the Nashville International Airport. The fare is $20 one-way and $30 round-trip. To purchase shuttle tickets, stop by the Gaylord Opryland welcome desk in the Ground Transportation area on the lower level of the airport. Look for the green-and-white Gaylord Opryland shuttle. The shuttle runs continuously from 5:30 am – 11:00 pm.

Getting Around
A shuttle is provided by the Gaylord Opryland for guest transportation around the hotel complex. Complimentary shuttles are also available for visiting the General Jackson showboat, the Grand Ole Opry and the Gaylord Springs golf courses. A shuttle to downtown Nashville is available for $14 round-trip and operates until 1:30 am on Friday and Saturday so you can enjoy the city’s nightlife. Taxis also are available at the hotel.
