Conference Registration Information

Online Registration

Registration is available online now by clicking here. If you are an NSGC Member, please make sure you are logged into the website to receive NSGC member rates. Pre-registration ends October 10. After that date you must register onsite in Los Angeles.

Fax and Mail Registration

To register via fax, complete the registration form and fax it to 312.673.6972. To register via mail, complete the registration form and mail it to NSGC, 2377 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674. Registration forms must be received at the NSGC Executive Office by October 10. After that date you must register onsite in Los Angeles.

Onsite Registration

Registration is available onsite in Los Angeles beginning on Wednesday, October 23 for the Short Course and the AEC.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after August 8 are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after October 1.
