Hotel Accommodations & Reservations

NSGC asks that you respect your fellow AEC attendees. Please do not reserve a hotel room until you have registered. This will ensure a smooth process for everyone. NSGC will follow up with any non-registered hotel guests booked in the NSGC room block.

Discounted room rates are available at the Hilton Atlanta for registered AEC attendees at special rate until Tuesday, October 20, 2009, subject to availability.

The Hilton Atlanta offers an ideal setting for AEC attendees. AEC attendees receive complimentary Fitness Center access.

There are several hotels in the Atlanta area close to the AEC and we understand the inclination to look for the best rates. In order to help NSGC keep AEC registration costs down and quality service high, we have a special room block at Hilton Atlanta as part of our contract. You can save time, money and hassle with no worry of transport to and from another hotel.

Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Hilton Atlanta requires a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax upon making a reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation without penalty, please contact the hotel 48 hours prior to your arrival day. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit may not be refunded.

Early Departure Fee
Please confirm your check-out date upon arrival at the hotel to avoid an early departure fee. After arrival at the Hilton Atlanta, if you choose to check-out of the hotel before your confirmed departure date, the hotel may charge a $100 early departure fee.
