As genetic professionals, you encounter scenarios on a daily basis that require true business skills, often that you receive little formal training to complete. The 2007 Short Course in Kansas City was extremely successful at recognizing and strengthening these skills, therefore NSGC would like to share this knowledge and opportunity with you.
The Traveling Short Course will take place in specific locations across the country on the following dates (click on the date and location for more specific information about each event):
November 10-11, 2008 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
NSGC has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). NSGC is authorized by IACET to offer up to 1.0 Category 1 CEUs or 10 Category 1 contact hours for this program. The American Board of Genetic Counseling will accept CEUs authorized by NSGC for purposes of Genetic Counselor recertification. Sessions will include:
