Ancillary and SIG Meetings
Please note, you will be responsible for ordering and paying for any food and beverage and/or audiovisual equipment. Functions may not be scheduled in direct conflict with the Educational Program or any official NSGC event.
Functions scheduled using this survey are not considered educational and may not offer CEUs. There will be sponsored sessions and other NSGC SIG and Committee or other meetings taking place during many available meeting times that could be in conflict. Please be sure to check the website for a listing of meetings scheduled as of today to identify any potential conflicts you wish to avoid.
When completing the survey, please indicate your meeting preferences and complete this survey by Friday, June 2, 2017. All requests will be handled on a first come first served basis. Following receipt of your request, NSGC will determine if the necessary space is available for your meeting. If appropriate space is not available for your requested meeting, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. You will receive a confirmation letter via email which will include contacts at the Convention Center for Audio Visual and Food & Beverage requirements.
