Welcome to the NSGC Fetal Intervention and Therapy Healthcare Provider Link

Mission: To provide a comprehensive, up-to-date site for healthcare providers seeking information about fetal intervention and therapy.

Introduction: The field of fetal intervention and therapy is a rapidly changing field of maternal-fetal medicine. A number of genetic counselors have become involved in fetal intervention centers across the country, assisting with patient coordination, family history and recurrence risk counseling and ongoing research. The material on this site is designed to serve as an introduction to some terminology used with fetal intervention. In addition, we have included several websites to provide additional resources for professional and family-oriented information. If you have any comments, suggestions or additional resources you would like to see on this site, please contact the NSGC Executive Office at nsgc@nsgc.org
