Ancillary and SIG Meetings
Below you will find the Request for Function Space survey for NSGC-related groups. Please indicate your meeting preferences and complete this survey by Wednesday, August 1, 2018.
Rules and Regulations
- All requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis. Following receipt of your request, NSGC will determine if the necessary space is available for your meeting. If appropriate space is not available for your requested meeting, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
- You will receive a confirmation email which will include order forms and payment information for Audio Visual and Food & Beverage. You will be responsible for ordering and paying for any food and beverage and/or audio visual equipment. All Food and Beverage requests must be processed through NSGC.
- Functions may not be scheduled in direct conflict with the Educational Program or any official NSGC event.
- Functions scheduled using this survey are not considered education and may not offer CEUs.
