NSGC Mentor Program

The NSGC Mentor Program is designed to enhance networking opportunities for NSGC members.  Mentors can offer support, guidance, and insight on a variety of topics.  Mentees can seek advice from peers, learn about a new specialty, or get assistance with transitioning from school into the profession.  Mentees can choose from a variety of selection criteria to find a Mentor who meets his/her needs.

Mentors and Mentees of all ages, specialties, and years of experience are needed to make the Program a success.  The time commitment for participation can be as short as five months or as long as 12 months, and Mentors and Mentees decide how often they will contact one another.  Discussion topics are provided on a monthly basis to facilitate continued communication.
