Dietary Requests
Upon registering for the NSGC Annual Conference, please specify any dietary needs or food allergies when prompted in the registration form. Please provide this information by October 21. NSGC takes dietary requests into consideration when planning for receptions hosted by NSGC.
Sponsored breakfast and lunch symposia have separate registration processes. Please communicate any dietary needs or food allergies to the sponsor via their event registration form and/or by contacting the sponsor directly.
Please note: Attendees are responsible for all meals outside of NSGC-hosted receptions and sponsored breakfast or lunch symposia you choose to attend.
Accessible Hotel Rooms
Room blocks are available for attendees joining us in Baltimore at the following hotels:
- Baltimore Marriot Inner Harbor at Camden Yards (three minute. walk to the Baltimore Convention Center): Select an accessible room during the booking process. For more information about the physical features of the hotel’s accessible rooms, common areas or special services relating to a specific disability please call the hotel directly: +1 410-962-0202 or visit their website.
- Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor (three minute walk to the Baltimore Convention Center): The Indoor Sky Bridge connects the convention center to the hotel. Select an accessible room during the booking process. If you have additional questions about the hotel's accessibility features or a request related to a disability of any kind, please contact the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor directly and select the option to reach the front desk.
- Lord Baltimore Hotel (seven minute walk to the Baltimore Convention Center): Select an accessible room during the booking process. For additional questions, please contact the Lord Baltimore Hotel directly.
- Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor (one minute walk to the Baltimore Convention Center): The Outdoor Sky Bridge connects the convention center to the hotel. (PLEASE NOTE: The Baltimore Convention Center is temporarily renovating the walkway that connects the convention center and the hotel, with construction expected to be completed prior to the Annual Conference. Alternate routes are available. For more information, please call the Hyatt front desk at +1 410-528-1234). Select an accessible room during the booking process. Accessibility at the Baltimore Convention Center
All entrances to the Baltimore Convention Center are wheelchair accessible and equipped with service driveways to support convenient pick-up and drop-off. The Pratt Street Lobby Entrance (located near the corner of Pratt Street and Howard Street) is the closest entrance to the NSGC 45th Annual Conference space. Upon entering the convention center, attendees can take escalators or the elevator to Level 300.

NSGC designates a lactation room and prayer/meditation/quiet room for conference attendees to use on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific questions about accessing these rooms leading up to the Annual Conference, please contact registration@nsgc.org. For assistance while on site, please visit the Registration Desk.

Requesting ASL Interpreters or Assisted Listening Devices
Please note in your conference registration form in the accommodations section if you will require an ASL interpreter or Assisted Listening Device, and NSGC staff will contact you to further discuss arrangements. Please provide this information by October 21.
Closed captioning is provided for all in-person and recorded conference sessions.
Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals
Wheelchairs and scooters can be rented locally through one of the Baltimore Convention Center’s provided vendors listed below. Please note: NSGC does not reimburse conference attendees for wheelchair or scooter rental expenses.
