Send an email to NSGC’s member database. NSGC averages 4500+ members annually, though numbers may vary depending on when current members renew their membership. NSGC requires two weeks' notice for any type of member communication. Payments should be received before communications are sent. While NSGC staff will do their best to accommodate your needs, scheduling is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Sponsor emails are typically sent on Thursdays and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Industry Insights Feature
Secure your spot in NSGC's Industry Insights, sent out on the third Tuesday of each month. The NSGC Industry Insights e-blast features blurbs from sponsors, industry, non-profit organizations and other organizations that have an interest in contacting NSGC members about one product, service, or educational offering. Organizations will be limited to 1 post per e-blast. Content must be received by the first Friday of the month to be featured in that month's edition. The cost for an Industry Insights feature is $250 for non-profits & $1,500 for profit organizations.

Direct Mail to NSGC Members - Pricing Varies
NSGC will provide an opt-in mailing list of our members for a one-time mailing to a mailing house on your behalf for a one-time mailing. NSGC averages 4500+ members annually, though numbers may vary depending on when current members renew their membership. The cost for the direct mail to members are as follows:
- $2,000 for profit companies
- $450 non -profit companies

Research Survey Listing
The Research Survey Program is designed to provide access to NSGC members for research purposes at a discounted rate. This opportunity is designed to increase survey results and to provide exposure to a variety of genetic counselors. *Please note: Research Survey Eblasts are sent out the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Content must be received by the Friday before the eblast is set to go out, in order to for your survey to be included in the next digest. Desired eblast send dates are not guaranteed and can be delayed during high volume request periods. Survey descriptions are limited to a 700 character limit.
Prepayment is required for the E-Blast service. If you are a Program Director wishing to purchase on behalf of your student(s), your student(s) must belong to NSGC as a Student Member to qualify for the Student Member Rate. If you would like assistance creating an invoice for multiple students, please reach out to nsgc@nsgc.org with a list of student names.
Student Members
- $25 – One survey listing in one bi-monthly digest to all NSGC members
- $30 – One survey listing in one bi-monthly digest and one follow-up reminder in a subsequent weekly digest sent to all NSGC members
Full Members/Non-Members
- $40 – One survey listing in one bi-monthly digest to all NSGC members
- $50 – One survey listing in one bi- monthly digest and one follow-up reminder in a subsequent weekly digest sent to all NSGC members

In order for NSGC to distribute your survey, you must incorporate a consent statement (or notice of exemption from ethical review from an IRB) and contact information for the researcher(s) in the survey. Please note that all Student Research Surveys must go through this process and cannot be posted in NSGC Discussion Forums or SIGs.
