Full Conference Registration - Seattle

In-person attendees can look forward to attending all 12 plenary sessions, as well as their choice of one concurrent educational breakout session per each of the five timeslots. In addition, in-person attendees will be able to connect with industry experts in our Exhibit Hall, view our poster presentations, access our on-demand sessions, and attend platform presentations, workshops (pre-registration required), sponsored sessions and pre-conference symposia*. In-person attendees can earn 33.75 or more contact hours.

Virtual Education Access Pass

NSGC is pleased to again offer a Virtual Education Access Pass this year that will allow attendees to live-stream select education sessions each day. Virtual Education Access Pass attendees can earn 27.25 or more contact hours. The virtual education access pass includes:

  • Four on-demand sessions, that you can watch at anytime 
  • 12 live-streamed general sessions 
  • Five live-streamed educational breakout sessions (EBS) (determined by the Annual Conference Program Committee)

NSGC is pleased to welcome a variety of partner organizations and their representatives to present on timely and relevant topics during sponsored breakfast and lunch symposia. These sessions offer valuable insights and are available exclusively to in-person attendees.

Please note: there is no additional fee to attend, however, pre-registration is required.

In-Person Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, you must contact the NSGC Registration Team, at registration@nsgc.org, with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All requests must be made by Friday, Sept. 5. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. NSGC is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 7 days before the event when requested in writing to registration@nsgc.org.

All cancellation requests will be reviewed by NSGC, and if approved, will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

If you wish to transfer to a virtual conference registration, you must contact the NSGC Registration Team, at registration@nsgc.org. All requests must be made by Oct. 31. Transfers to virtual will not be accepted after that date.
