NSGC Refund and Exchange Policy on Educational Products
- Please review the items in your cart carefully before you make a purchase.
- To view a list of online courses you have previously completed, please visit your learning portal or view your CEU records.
- All purchases made in the NSGC Online Education Center are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for any reason.
- This policy applies to NSGC online courses, the NSGC Member Webinar Series, and recordings from the NSGC Annual Conference.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep track of all course expiration dates.
NSGC Online Learning Center Transition
The NSGC Online Education Center will be undergoing a transition this summer. Due to the transition, online learning products will be available for purchase until May 1 and will then be available again following the launch of the new Online Education Center.
Once the educational offerings are in progress, you must complete them before May 31. All in-progress educational offerings that aren't completed by May 31 will lose any progress history.
