Mission

Our group was formed in January of 2003 to promote the role of genetic counselors in the field of metabolism and lysosomal storage diseases. One of the main goals of our group is to educate the NSGC membership regarding the management, treatment, and counseling issues surrounding metabolic/lysosomal storage diseases through presentations and interactive workshops at the local, regional, and national levels.
