Digital Access Pass - New in 2026!
The Digital Access Pass offers on-demand access to recorded sessions at the NSGC 45th Annual Conference. All sessions (excluding pre-conference symposia, sponsored symposia and workshops) will be recorded and uploaded to the virtual platform for Digital Access Pass attendees to view within 24 – 48 hours following the conclusion of the live sessions.

What is included in the Digital Access Pass registration?
Digital Access Pass attendees will have access to a total of 38.5 contact hours (3.85 CEUs)* from viewing digital content, including:
- Two high-demand on-demand sessions
- Four plenary sessions
- 22 educational breakout sessions
- Highlighted abstract presentations and abstract awards
- Virtual platform presentations
- Janus Lecture
- Presidential Symposium
- State of the Society

Do digital access pass attendees have access to pre-conference symposia, SPONSORED SYMPOSIA AND WORKSHOPS?
Pre-conference symposia, sponsored symposia and workshops are not recorded and are only available to in-person conference attendees.
When will I have access to the digital education online platform?
All registrants will receive an email notification from NSGC when the online platform is available, prior to the Annual Conference. Participants must be registered and payment received in order to have access to the online platform.
How long is recorded content available?
The Digital Access Pass offers on-demand access to recorded sessions at the NSGC 45th Annual Conference. All sessions (excluding pre-conference symposia and workshops) will be recorded and uploaded to the virtual platform within 24 – 48 hours of the conclusion of the live sessions for Digital Access Pass attendees to view. Live streaming will not be available through the Digital Access Pass. Attendees will have the opportunity to catch up and view any recordings of sessions they missed and earn additional CEUs. Session recordings will be available within the virtual platform by November 20 until December 11.
What is the Digital Access Pass cancellation policy?
No cancellations or refunds are available for the Digital Access Pass. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to seven days before the event when requested in writing to registration@nsgc.org.
