- Participants should be able to identify how genetic counselors can work in collaboration with other health care workers (e.g., clinical geneticists and nurses) to realize the full potential of genomics and precision health for all.
- Understand how industry is contributing to realizing the full potential of genomics and precision health for all and what role genetic counselors play in ensuring equitable access to new products and devices.

Audrey Heimler Special Project Award (AHSPA) Application Now Open
The AHSPA provides an annual award of up to $10,000 to one or more genetic counselors for a project that focuses on the future of the genetic counseling profession and/or the provision of genetic services. The deadline to apply for the AHSPA is June 1, 2023. Learn More.
